Michael Gardner

Michael joined Underhill Associates in May 2019 as a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Kentucky. He has an extensive background in non-profit affordable housing and community development work. Michael maintains specialized knowledge of homebuyer programs that serve low-to-moderate income households. In addition to real estate, he is involved with REBOUND, Inc., a local housing developer. In this position, he is responsible for developing and implementing housing production programs that improve access to affordable housing, reuse of abandoned properties, in-fill new construction, and neighborhood revitalization. Michael holds a Master's in Urban Planning from the University of Louisville (2010) with a focus in housing and community development.
